2. Physical properties

Temperature resistance range: -20℃ ~ 120℃ (PP material can withstand high temperature sterilization in a short time)
Sealing: no leakage for 48 hours when inverted (ASTM D4991 standard)
Oxygen permeability: ≤50cm³/(m²·day) (to prevent paste oxidation, ASTM D3985 test)
Drop resistance: No breakage after falling from a height of 1m (filled)

3. Structure and design

Bottle thickness: 1.2mm-2.0mm (to ensure compression resistance, 60g cans may be thicker)
Bottle thread: Standard continuous thread (such as 400#, 410#), compatible with universal caps
Inner wall treatment: Smooth and seamless (to prevent paste residue) or anti-scratch coating (optional)
Stacking design: Bottom groove + lid bulge, support multi-layer stable stacking
