Q: How can I get a quotation?

A: Please send us an inquiry with the material, size, artwork and quantity. Otherwise, you can send us the pictures and ideas, we will provide you our professional suggestions for your request.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Normally the production time is 15-20 days. If your order is urgent, we can arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?

A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do not worry, we can provide design services for you.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We have advanced machinery that is imported from Germany. The machinery is regularly service to ensure excellent production.Our QC department strictly carries on a precise process to ensure best quality. And we produce the products strickly according to the demand of the clients and make sure the quality of the product. However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.

Q: What if the goods have issue, What can I do?

A: Please contact our salesman, we will solve the problem together. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the mistake is made by us, we will reprint the goods for free.
